This article was published on the Metropolitan Police website in the wake of Beale’s conviction at Southwark Crown Court for multiple perjury. As was this official document.
She was given a ten year sentence in August 2017. I was hoping to add more to her entry shortly afterwards but there has been little information released about her case although there was a good deal of whining by female pundits about how rare are false rape allegations, the usual stuff.
On November 29, her parents registered the domain jemmabeale.info; I became aware of the website on January 3, 2018. Apparently their little girl (ie landwhale) is totally innocent, the victim not only of rape but of sensationalist reporting.
I won’t lend any credibility to their cherry picked claims, although I will say that just as the sisterhood often asserts that there are no PERFECT VICTIMS, the same can and does apply to men falsely accused of rape.
On March 28, 2019, Beale lost her appeal against conviction and her appeal against sentence.
This page was added to the Timeline on July 11, 2017; it was augmented significantly on January 4, 2018. Later, a note was added about her failed appeal, which does not appear to have been published until early 2020. On May 12, 2020 that was added to the page as was the image immediately below.
From the above it appears that Beale claimed to have been raped in 2005 when she was 13 years old. I have no information as to the veracity of this claim, which may be true, but it is clear from the abstract of this article – which I have not yet had time to dig out – that the author is following a feminist narrative.

The first comment I will make is that it reports Beale had sex with Mahad Casim on November 21, 2010 and reported the imaginary rape the following day. News articles give the date of her reporting as November 26. I have found typographical errors in court judgments before – including my own! – so am inclined to believe this is an error by the court reporter rather than by the press.
More importantly, the reader will see her case was taken up by the misnamed Centre For Women’s Justice, the bastard child of lesbian lovers Julie Bindel and Harriet Wistrich. These two hags were behind the successful Challen appeal and the earlier Humphreys appeal. The current Beale case does not concern murder, instead they plug the lie of rape myths. This is a plea for believing women whenever they cry rape and under any circumstances. In short, there can be no exculpatory evidence for a man accused of rape. Even if CCTV evidence shows he was miles away at the time and the alleged victim was alone, well, perhaps he raped her earlier in the day, or the year, or the decade.
