April 13, 2005: At London, Ontario, a woman known herein only as J.F. makes an allegation of rape, which is soon recanted. She tells a woman police officer: “all my one [night] stands are rapes”. Said officer observed astutely: “She seems to feel that her regretting having sex makes it a sexual assault” - the feminist definition!
At this time, J.F. was 19 or 20 years old; she had already made two false allegations of sexual assault: August 31 and October 15, 2004. However, it is not clear if both were rapes, though one appears to be. She went on to accuse two men of raping her in the small hours of May 26, 2012; if you read the aforementioned judgment you may conclude that these two were lucky to be acquitted.
This woman was said to have mental health issues - where have we heard that before? Nevertheless, it must have been clear to these two that she was not all there, and just as they clearly took advantage of her. What other conclusion can one draw about a woman who offers the judge a chocolate bar during cross-examination?
Two men who go hunting for a woman with whom to have sex - even in impromptu fashion as here – are ASKING FOR TROUBLE and deserve little sympathy if they receive it.
