October 21, 2012: A woman is allegedly raped on a Hastings footpath in the early evening. Below is the original BBC report, and immediately below that is its resolution, although as usual the police are reluctant to elaborate. This woman does not appear to have faced any consequences for filing this false report and the resultant waste of police time.
