On the evening of October 19, 2016, Paquet addressed a rally of students from Université Laval in Quebec City. A clip from that is included in this video which was uploaded to YouTube on November 20, 2016 by French Canadian Nicolas Kilsdonk-Gervais, to whom I am eternally grateful! I have edited it down somewhat, but not her final comment in her TV appearance, which is classic and shocking in equal measure. Nicolas Kilsdonk-Gervais is spot on with his claim that this woman is a so-called borderline personality, and that it is BORDELINE PERSONALITY WOMEN who are responsible for many, many false rape allegations.
