MELANIE SHAW — Prostitute And Head Case

October 16, 2018: At Leeds Crown Court, Melanie Shaw is found to have committed three counts of arson.

This was a trial of fact, Shaw having been found unfit to plead.

When she was young, Melanie Shaw spent some time in Beechwood, Nottingham. Beechwood Community Home/Beechwood Community House became the subject of investigations of historical child sexual abuse when an allegation by a former resident was brought to the attention of Nottinghamshire Police in August 2010.

As is often the case, the allegations mushroomed. The investigation into Beechwood called Operation Daybreak led to arrests and charges. On February 26, 2015, the Nottingham Post reported the arrest of Ivan Bethell, who was charged with a number of historical sex offences. In December 2015, Bethell pleaded guilty at Nottingham Crown Court. The following January, he was given a 15 year sentence, but these offences – from four decades ago – were not related to Beechwood; Bethell had never been employed at the home.

It is possible or even likely that Melanie Shaw was physically abused at Beechwood, even if she was only given an occasional slap.

Was she sexually abused as well? She says she was, and again that may be true, but most of her allegations are so far off the planet that they are unworthy of belief.

Shaw has been embraced by the lunatic fringe, including the UK Column. These people are total idiots who do no fact checking but simply rubber stamp any allegation against the high and mighty, the police, or the state in general.

For one, Shaw was never tried by a secret court. Any allegations involving minors are always subject to severe reporting restrictions in the UK, and indeed most everywhere else.

In May 2012, Shaw was convicted of driving without a proper licence on July 19, 2011. She was disqualified for six months and given a financial penalty.

On July 17, 2014, the Nottingham Post reported that Shaw had been accused of setting fire to a house on April 4 and to have caused criminal damage on June 25. She was remanded in custody.

On October 31, 2014, the same paper reported Shaw had now been convicted of a February 1 arson attack and throwing paint at the home of her victims. She was bailed until December 11.

Incredibly, she was not given a prison sentence but treated as a victim, the usual garbage about mental health issues.

This short extract from a longer video, an interview with one of her victims, speaks volumes about Shaw. In short she is or was a prostitute and a single mother. Yeah, I know, this was due to the trauma she suffered when she was a kid. Or could it simply be she turned out bad because she was a juvenile delinquent, after all, why was she in Beechwood in the first place? (My apologies for the intermittent background music in the video).
