Allen McFadden

January 26, 2007: Allen Wayne McFadden of Rogers, Arkansas, is arrested after being accused of raping a teenager.

On February 7, 2008, a nolle prosequi is filed. Before this, the police lied to McFadden (like what’s new?) and he was offered two plea bargains (read blackmailed) – one for 20 years!

Fortunately, the non-victim not only admitted (or rather boasted) that she had lied about the rape but she is said to have made false allegations against other people previously, though it is not clear if these were for rape.

Obviously, the police should have carried out a more thorough investigation.
