September 12, 1985: Late at night, serial false rape accuser Joyce Cook turns up at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

The first image below is from The Huddersfield Daily Examiner, October 15, 1985, page 3. I found it May 22, 2023 and added it to this page the following day. The first entry for this woman (the third one on this page) was added June 13, 2016 – the day the Timeline opened.

As can be seen from the first article, at the time of this Huddersfield Infirmary business, she was just 23 years old but had already made 41 (forty-one) false allegations of rape!

June 20, 1987: Joyce Cook tells Aberdeen police she was raped in a lorry somewhere in the city. The article below appeared in the Press and Journal, July 16, 1987, page 3. It reveals that in addition to that false allegation she had two previous convictions for wasting police time.

February 21, 1996: Joyce Cook walks into Inverurie police office where she accusers her stepfather and his brother of raping her. She soons retracts. When she appears in court her address is given as Newcastle. She should have stayed there.

The article below was published in the Aberdeen Evening Express (City Latest), March 14, 1996, page 19. Check out her lengthy and eclectic criminal record.
