LEIGH DAY — Legal Fraud On A Massive Scale

December 14, 2006: British soldiers cleared of tribal rapes after £3m inquiry finds forged records by Jonathan Clayton.

This interesting article from the London Times, page 41, shows that it is not only and always faux victims who lie about rape. Here, the law firm Leigh Day is caught with its hand in the till along with unnamed officials in Kenya who had encouraged tribeswomen to claim they had been raped by British soldiers over a period of decades. No fewer than 2,187 allegations were found to be baseless. Although I have cited only one article here, the Ministry Of Defence investigation into this massive fraud lasted over four years.

This is probably the largest legal fraud of this kind in history; I could have included many others, but check out these two articles which concern immigration fraud on both sides of the Atlantic.
