March 24, 2005: This is a weird one. In Spokane, twin sisters Connie Moran and Joyce Wicke dial 911 reporting a prowler. Somehow, Preston Tensley is accused of raping both women. He is alleged to have posed as a police officer to do so. He is arrested, but then the women claim they weren’t raped, and say the police put words in their mouths. Tensley says he had consensual sex with them – which will not have pleased his wife! There is no mention in any report of a rape kit. The case against him is dropped, and he brings a civil action against the police, his wife Beata joining in. The action is dismissed in July 2006.

Make of this one what you will: two women fulfilling a fantasy of being arrested and forced to have sex with a police officer; a man having a fantasy of bedding twin sisters, who were happy to oblige him. Or perhaps there was even a pecuniary motive?
